Abstrakt:	Abstract  Angiosarcoma of the femoral artery is an extremely rare malignant vascular tumor. The initial diagnosis is difficult to establish and distal metastasis can sometimes be the only presenting symptom. In this paper, we report the case of a 54-year-old man who presented with multiple painful necrotic lesions over the right foot secondary to an intimal angiosarcoma of the right common femoral artery.
