Abstrakt: The article presents several abstracts on trace elements in diet, nutrition, and health which include the effect of enrichment with sunflower seed, sesame seed and alpha tocopherol acetate to linoleic acid quantity in cookie, molybdenum in the environment in connection with biological effects, and mixed exposure to nephrotoxic metals in a Bangladeshi population with prevalent malnourishment and risks for kidney effects.
