Abstrakt: The article focuses on the sales performance of Blu-ray Discs in the global market. It explores the disc's marketing, its performance compared to DVDs, and the factors contributing to its failure to make a hit in the consumer market. It also offers an insight on how to promote Blu-ray among consumers. For Blu-ray to succeed, the author suggests that a better selection of content should be made available, consumers should be educated about its benefits, and price incentives be offered.
