| Abstrakt: |
The article presents a study on the screening disparities of colorectal cancer. It aims to examine the effects of demographic factors including ethnicity and economics on screening disparities. The study uses data from the 2001-2005 Medical Expenditure Panel Survey and the 2000-2004 National Health Interview Survey. Disparities were examined for screening of colorectal cancer and between races including Asians, Hispanics, and African-Americans. The study found that disparities for different races have varying determinants. |
