| Abstrakt: |
The article discusses the consultations under the World Trade Organisation (WTO) dispute settlement process requested by the federal governments of the U.S., Canada and Argentina. The move was due to the series of complaints regarding the trouble of earning approval to export biotechnology products to the European countries. It is averred that under the normal dispute settlement rules, a panel is anticipated to take no longer than six months since its institution to release the final report. |
