Abstrakt:	The article presents a speech by former Albanian President Rexhep Meidani, delivered at the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Advanced Research workshop "Strengthening and Promoting Religious Tolerance and Co-existence in the Balkans and Beyond" that was held in Tirana, Albania in September, October 2006, in which he discussed his dream of universal religion and the improvement in religious co-existence in Balkan countries and around the world.
