The article addresses the contemporary discourse on norms transfer in social science within the framework of national and international security sector reform (SSR) in southerastern Europe (SEE). Social norms within the context of international relations serve as a means of understanding the complex interaction of contemporary polities at various levels. A discussion on globalization and its impact on global politico-economic climate is presented. |
