Abstrakt: The holographic interferometry is a powerful optical method for observation of the disturbance phenomena and in the analysis, being extremely useful in application basic, biomedical and technological research. In this work we have analyzed some strains that occur during the masticatory process, mainly studying the load concentration and the dissipation in this process, using the double-exposure holographic technique and the Bi12SiO20 (BSO) photorefractive sillenite crystals, as holographic recording medium. This study in dried skull have made by simulation of some mastication muscles and isolated contraction (SIC). [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
