Abstrakt: The article assesses part-time faculty job satisfaction in continuing higher education. Some studies showed the importance of tenure, faculty rank, supervision, interpersonal relationships, working conditions, compensation, policies and administration, and person-environment fit on job satisfaction. It also discusses part-time faculty job satisfaction.
