Abstrakt: Crohn's disease is an inflammatory condition of the gastrointestinal tract with unknown etiology. In according to bacterial hypothesis of the origin of disease, we investigated the intestinal microflora of Crohn's disease patients. The results of our study have shown that there is an obvious deviation from the norm in the gut microflora of CD patients, which may play the major role in the initiation and development of the Crohn's disease.
