The article examines how to transfer some exact amount of liquid from a large container filled with liquid to another container using a universal measuring box whose bases are not rectangular. The authors analyze the maximum capacity of measuring boxes with triangular bases and plane quadrilateral sides. They began with an examination of orthogonal measuring boxes, which have plane trapezoidal sides orthogonal to their bases, followed by an examination of boxes with sides not orthogonal to the base, or boxes with triangular vases and plane quadrilateral sides |
