| Abstrakt: |
The article discusses an analysis of the response of bovine cartilage tissue and chondrocytes to injurious mechanical compressions and treatment with interleukin-1ß (IL-1&ß) and tumor necrosis factor α (TNFα). A combination of liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry was used in order to determine the response. It was found that cell membrane was disrupted because of the injurious compressions. |
