| Abstrakt: |
The article cites a study on physical inactivity which counted an independent risk factor for chronic diseases and time spent in front of the television as one of the most widespread activities. It aims to investigate the association between time spent in front of the TV and energy spending among adolescents with unlike percents of body fats (%BF). It revealed that the greater the amount of time spent in front of TV, the greater the prevalence of inactivity and the greater amount of body fat. |
