Abstrakt: The article reports on the issues concerning the status of health care in Uganda. According to chief field officer Shannon Strother of United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), the bad aspects of medical care centered mainly on sickness, impoverished population and an overstretched health care system when a centre serve more people that its capacity. However, the good side of the medical system in the country is that the government officials are trying to hang on in which an improved immunization rate can be observed and the mortality rates have greatly improved.
