Abstrakt: |
The article focuses on a study which investigated the thermoelectric properties of Pb and Sr doped Ca3Co4O9. The study determined that both the electrical resistivity and Seebeck coefficient do not change significantly with the Pb substitution, which is attributed to the carrier concentration of samples. It found through Seebeck and Hall coefficient measurements that the major charge carriers in the samples are holes, but the carrier concentration does not change with increasing x. |
