The article presents several design solutions for a home garden by landscape architect Ian Kitson. The author states that by contrasting three different materials such as brick, slate discs, and white gravel a sense of movement is created. The article displays a low-lying slate wall which acts as a retaining wall and a seat. Photographs of each example are presented. |
