The article reports on the intent of Mohammed Abdul Aziz, leader of the Polisario Front, to take the rebel group to a new war with Morocco. The war over the Western Sahara could destabilize North Africa and bring allies of the U.S. into a high-risk conflict. The Polisario intends to review whether to resume war with Morocco after the forthcoming United Nation (UN)-sponsored talks regarding the future of Western Sahara.
