The article discusses the changes in the periodical "Molecular Ecology" for 2008. The journal has implemented several editorial changes in their aim to more effectively serve the molecular ecology community. It already has a news and views section where newsworthy papers are highlighted. Moreover, the journal announces that Pierre Taberlet has won its 2007 Molecular Ecology Prize. It also expresses its gratitude to the reviewers who donated their time for this publication. |
