Abstrakt: The article presents a study which examined the effect of storage temperature on the stability of two succinylcholine chloride solutions. Magnetic resonance spectroscopy was used to analyse molecular composition. Researchers found that the solutions lose 10% potency when stored at room temperature. They concluded that 20 and 50 milligrams/milliliter succinylcholine solutions can be stored at room temperature in emergency resuscitation carts for 8.3 and 4.8 months.
