Abstrakt:	The article discusses the role of psychiatric consultation liaison (PCLN) nurse in evidence-based approaches to lateral violence (LV) in nursing. It notes that the PCLN is critical in establishing relationships with managers and staff as well as faculty whose students are affiliated with the hospital. It declares that the PCLN can assist organizations in the development of system-wide interventions that supports nurses and nurse managers.
