Abstrakt:	The article explores the accomplishments of boxer Muhammad Ali in court that remain legal precedent in a right of publicity protection under American law. Ali's struggle for conscientious objector status had set forth the standards that a draft registrant must satisfy to qualify for such position. His involvement in a warrantless foreign intelligence surveillance case forced the federal appellate courts to consider the President's Constitutional powers in conducting warrantless surveillance.
