Abstrakt:	The article discusses the ruling of the European Court of Justice on a case filed by Fanstask A/S against the Ministry of Industry of Denmark due to the failure of the Trade and Companies Office to refund supplementary charges it has paid for capital increases. The company argued that nonremittance of supplementary charges was a violation of an amended Council Directive concerning indirect taxes on capital increases.
