The article examines the association of primary hyperparathyroidism with ventricular arrythmias, by reviewing the medical records of a patient with hyperparathyroidism and polymorphic ventricular tachycardia. It is noted that the setting of primary hyperparathyroidism, although rare, has the potential to cause malignant ventricular arrythmias. |
