Abstrakt: The article discusses the political condition of Argentina during its transition period from 1983-1985. The transition period, accordingly, has commenced when President Raúl Alfonsín took the office in December 1983. And to comply with his commitment that he would make a decent government out of his administration, President Alfonsin has tried to put an end to the state of fear into which the military had plunged the country in the name of the infamous doctrine of national security, as well as cease the so-called illicit economic operations or corruption. In addition to these efforts, the time of transition has also aimed to break with the old formality of history.
