| Abstrakt: | The article discusses a research project on alternatives to criminal proceedings in the regulation of interpersonal conflict and personal conflict control deficits. A survey, behavioral observation, and punishable act evaluations comprised the empirical research. Recourse to police is seen as only one alternative to remedying the conflict issues underlying the crimes. |
