Abstrakt: The article features Frank Camorra, owner of the restaurant MoVida. According to Camorra, when his parents first arrived in Geelong, Victoria, they made their own ingredients because they do not know where to get it. Camorra was first interested in architecture before he became a chef. Several Spanish recipes of MoVida are presented including Rice with chicken and runner beans, Pork belly, chorizo and breadcrumbs with oranges, and Jamón Ibérico and egg croquetas.
