The article focuses on the global nature of breast cancer. Breast cancer is a relatively novel disease in China and other emerging economies. However, it is now a global concern that no longer only affects white, affluent women in industrial areas of North America and Western Europe. The article discusses detection and treatment of breast cancers around the world and why the disease has spread. |
