The article expresses the author's apology regarding his mistakes in his column in the last issue of the journal. He cites that he mistakenly gave Sylvia Williams the title of Curator rather than Director of the Smithsonian's National Museum of African Art. He also shares that one reader accused his review of the museum's ground-breaking ceremony as snide. He explains that such accusation had wounded him and with this he conducted a research to see if snide tone represent personal psychosis. |
