The article presents a panel discussion about telephone analysis. Warren Poland emphasized the need to search for evidence instead of responding from theoretical preference and offered a working definition of analysis as a two-party therapeutic engagement based centrally on inquiry. He asked each of the panelist to give a brief description of their clinical experience with telephone analysis. Some of the panelists include Charles Hanly, Glen Gabbard, Michael Robbins, Sharon Zalusky, Cecile Bassen, Jane Kite, Carol Levin, Stanley Coen and others. |
