| Abstrakt: |
We show that the class of groups that are soluble-by-(finite rank) is countably recognizable. Also, if every countable subgroup of the group G is (derived length d)-by-(rank r) then G is (derived length d*)-by-(rank r*) for some bounded d*, r*.
