The article focuses on the integration of cross-functional team processes and information sharing into college courses. The authors offer, as a method to incorporate such integration, the introduction of enterprise resource planning systems such as the SAP Alliance Program. They cite some studies that explored web-based e-commerce simulation tools. To handle marketing and operational issues on eBay, it is recommended that students must address factors like availability, cost and sale price, packing, shipping and storage, and level of customer service. |
