The article presents the winners of the West Midlands Show's beef interbreed championship judged by former president Brian Draper from the seat of his car parked at the ringside. Draper assessed the quality of the entries with the assistance of his son who told the exhibitors how to parade and line up. According to the author, exhibitors were astounded to see the judging of the exhibits. Roger Birch, breeder of the interbreed champion was warmly congratulated by other exhibitors. |
