| Abstrakt: |
The article describes the treatment of phobic anxiety and psychogenic impotence with systematic desensitization employing methohexitone-induced relaxation. To examine the effectiveness of the therapy, the authors review the results of treatment by this technique. They also claim that the results of treating psychogenic impotence by systematic desensitization have been encouraging. They further announce that after 19 months, 47 patients were symptom free, 63 were improved and only 14 showed no change. |
