The article presents arboriculture and urban forestry research into the performance testing of crabapple Malus cultivars as street trees in community forestry programs. The 22-feet average height of cultivars "Red Barron" and "Spring Snow" in a 12-year growth span is below electric lines. Narrow crowns characterize the cultivars Centurion, Sugar Tyme, and Red Jewel. |
