The article discusses the paper “Is all of MP3 legal? Non-contractual licensing under Russian copyright law,” by Sergey Budylin and Yulia Osipova which appeared in the 2007 issue of “Journal of High Technology Law.” The article discusses the problem of no contractual licensing and mentions that courts do not impose non-contractual licensing against copyright holders if they are unwilling to cooperate with a specific management organization. |
