Abstrakt: |
The article examines distance education as a competitive tool for a university's competitive strategy and offers propositions concerning its most effective use. The authors apply innovation theory to examine the notion of distance education as an application that helps improve higher education. Compared to traditional classroom settings, the distance debate commonly concentrates on the issues related to students learning results and student attitudes. Most universities acquiring a basic distance education toolkit can now be in an environment they have not occupied in the past, having the opportunity to compete with other institutions for enrollments. |
