Explores techniques for the measurement of the bulk texture of permanent magnets. Use of a model based on a squared-Lorentzian distribution to estimate quantitatively the population of misoriented grains; Production of a phenomenological model of deformation based on mass transport under applied stress via a liquid grain-boundary phase. |
