Abstrakt: The author comments on Earl Hopper's lecture on group cohesion and the fourth basic assumption in group dynamics. He discusses the process of annihilation by comparing it to the process of the explosion of giant stars and formation of black hole called "The Great Annihilator." He reveals that these processes are the manifestation of collision and mutual destruction of matter and anti-matter. It also demonstrates massification where black hole will pull everything into it because of its inescapable gravitational forces. He simplified the fourth basic assumption by adopting Albert Einstein's energy formula.
