| Abstrakt: | The article offers information on foreign trade and payments in Hungary. According to sources, Hungary's foreign trade performance improved in 2006. The significant acceleration in imports was led by machinery and transport equipment, and reflects increased imports of goods in the telecommunications, computer and automotive sectors, probably components for further processing and re-export. Several charts indicating macroeconomic indicators are also presented. |
