The article focuses on a case of a 56-year-old woman with diplopia and a case of a 4-year-old girl with left ptosis, slight astigmatism of the left eye and the inability to elevate the left eye above the midline. It mentions that a left incyclotorsion of 5° was shown in the Double Maddox rod testing that was done to the older woman. It says that some form of surgical intervention is essential to the treatment of the young girl. |
