| Abstrakt: |
The article compares the randomized controlled trial (RCT) and observational methodology used in clinical research about anesthesia. The use of randomization was clinically proven in conducting clinical hypothesis which ensures impartial allocation of treatment, while observational studies monitor the outcomes of patients undergoing therapy. The advantages and disadvantages of both methodologies are also explored. |
