| Abstrakt: |
The article analyzes the evidence for the composition of the Continuation of the Crowland Abbey Chronicle and its authorship, and proposes a candidate who can be titled Crowland. It is stated that Richard Langport is the only regular attendee of the Yorkist council who is eligible to be the Second Anonymous Crowland Continuator in Great Britain. The article also demonstrates the significance of understanding the Yorkist politics to distinguish where Crowland wrote with first-hand authority. |
