Abstrakt: |
This paper describes a support and guidance programme for provisionally registered early childhood teachers working towards full registration. The programme was designed to provide a co-operative, collaborative space where teachers would engage in dialogue with each other and their supervisor, as they developed their portfolios based on the New Zealand Teachers Council Satisfactory Teacher Dimensions. Some of this dialogue is online. Initial research has begun to evaluate the programme. Informal feedback (anecdotal) suggests positive outcomes for participants. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
