A comprehensive model for developing a standards-based digital school leader portfolio will be demonstrated. The model includes a template (one version in commercially available Web-based software and one version in commercially available presentation software), various planning tools, and formative and summative evaluation rubrics. Aggregated data associated with student self-assessment inventories used in the planning and development of the digital portfolios will be discussed. Faculty and student assessment of the model will also be presented. An extensive list of references is included. The model will be available in a forthcoming textbook from Scarecrow Education.
