Abstrakt: |
The authors report that under the U.S. Department of Education's program, No Child Left Behind, there has been efforts to quantified professional developments' effects on teaching and on classroom learning. They have constructed an adaptable evaluation model that can be applied to a wide variety of teaching situations, which will also provide the empirical data demanded for by local, state, and federal government programs. They developed the program for a science reform initiative in the Imperial Valley of Southern California. |
