Abstrakt:	An interview with Donald Bloch, director of the Ackerman Institute for Family Therapy, and Kitty La Perriere, senior faculty at the institute, is presented. They present their opinions on Nathan W. Ackerman as a family therapist and as an individual. They also elaborate on the Ackerman method of therapy. When asked about the things they see as the legacy of Ackerman, they mention how Ackerman did 15 to 20 interventions per hour, and his intolerance to co-therapists.
