The article explains how a school business administrator could go about determining how much teaching and learning stands out as the core business of schools and how this affects his leadership. The article suggests well-planned frequent school visits during regular and special activities as well as reflection on data gathered. Also recommended in the article are reflections on leadership responsibilities, duties and roles. The importance of the awareness of the findings is also highlighted. |
