GASTROINTESTINAL HAEMORRHAGE AS A PRESENTATION OF CARNEY’S TRIAD.

Abstrakt: The article discusses the case report of a 59-year-old woman affected with Carney's triad, a syndrome comprised of gastric stromal sarcoma (GSS), pulmonary chondroma and extra-adrenal paraganglionoma. Carney's triad consists of only two tumors with the majority of GSS and pulmonary chondroma. Information on the patient's medical history and gastrectomy is also presented. The article concludes that the average survival age of patients affected with Carney's triad is 19 years.
