Abstrakt: The article focuses on study of real-time PCR detection of Ralstonia solanacearum (Rs) in ginger rhizomes. An investigation is conducted on the bacterial wilt of ginger (Zingiber officinale) due to Ralstonia solanacearum which has affected ginger production in Thailand and entire Asia. The study involved the comparison of real-time PCR and BIO-PCR protocols, using asymptomatic ginger rhizomes. The findings revealed that 9 and 13 were positive by BIO-PCR and standard PCR, respectively.
