The article studies the genetic diversity of Siberian populations regarding polymerase γ gene (POLG) as a basis for genetic analysis of common diseases. Two single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP) from the SNP database were chosen. The choice of these SNPs was conditioned by the high values of heterozygosity and frequency of the rare allele. |
